back in delaware...even though philly was really cool. got an IT job. going back to regular kung fu sessions. trying to maintain my mental stability. trying to make sense of the future. but i am sure the last two is on everyone's agenda.
http://lavamus.com is bootlegging mp3's online. They recently got me on there. I have sent them a cease and desist letter, but they are trying to claim that they are protected under a ( russian "roms" law??) I have contacted some other artists who have been bootlegged by these guys and I have contacted acouple major labels on their actions.... They are being hosted by godaddy.com, I contacted them as well... Since they are using an american hosting company, can't they be held under U.S Law? I am also pretty sure that copyrighted U.S works are protected under international copyright treaties...
